At Enerflo, we are proud to partner with solar companies that are focused on doing things right for their reps, their operations teams, and their homeowners. Sunrite Solar is one of those companies. We sat down with Brandon Pavlakis, Sales Operations Manager, to hear how consolidating into Enerflo changed the way their team works, what results they have seen, and where they are headed in 2026.
About Sunrite Solar
Sunrite Solar is a growing solar company with a clear focus: make the process simpler at every level. From the sales rep in the field to the ops team processing deals in the back office, the goal is fewer steps, fewer errors, and faster results for the homeowner. Brandon Pavlakis manages the infrastructure that makes that possible, and Enerflo sits at the center of it.

The Challenge
Before Enerflo, Sunrite Solar's deal submission process was almost entirely manual. Reps and sales orgs submitted deals through a form built in Zoho, typing in customer information, system sizes, and addresses by hand and uploading files one by one. The result was a constant stream of incomplete submissions, data errors, and gaps that Brandon had to fill in himself.
"If you're relying on other people to input data, there's typically going to be errors, and nobody's really going to have the same level of detail that you want when you're processing these deals. So I'd have to figure out who's doing what, where, what was submitted. It was a very challenging data mess."
Beyond data quality, the manual process created a visibility problem. Reps had no way to check where their deals stood without contacting a manager. Without a centralized platform, every task meant jumping between multiple tools and logins: designs in Aurora, financing through lender portals, proposals, and documents all lived somewhere different.
The Solution
Sunrite Solar consolidated their entire front-end sales process into Enerflo. Reps now create leads, run designs, pull up financing options, build proposals, upload documents, and submit deals all from one place. Brandon's job shifted from filling in the blanks to moving clean deals through the pipeline.
"There's really not much data entry on Enerflo. Everything just goes in -- the names, the addresses -- and when they're ready to submit that deal, they can just click a button. They know it's submitted. They don't have to contact us and ask if it was submitted or not, or where it is, or what happened to it."
The deal flow template became a standout feature for reps working in the field.
"The deal template and the deal flow is what I get the most positive feedback on. They're able to just literally follow a section of information one by one on the left side of the deal. Being able to have everything in one place where they don't have to go back and forth between portals is huge."
With finance integrations live in Enerflo, including Lightreach and Goodleap, reps also gained direct visibility into their deals inside their lender portals, removing another layer of back and forth communication.
The Aurora integration delivered one more critical win: fewer wasted designs and a measurable reduction in time to NTP.
"It cuts down on the amount of wasted designs we do in Aurora and shortens our time to NTP with finance partners, which directly affects our cash flow. Having everything be very smooth is definitely a money saver."
The Results
The shift from manual forms to Enerflo produced measurable improvements across the business
Manual deal submission forms eliminated entirely
Rep training rated just 3 to 4 out of 10 in difficulty
Deal errors reduced significantly, with Brandon now reviewing five fields or fewer per submission
Shorter time to NTP improving cash flow across the board
Reps empowered to track their own deals without manager involvement
The rep adoption verdict has been nearly universal.
"The general consensus is that they definitely have everything they need in Enerflo to track. All of our reps, especially sales reps, live in Enerflo for their deal reporting and deal tracking."
Lessons Learned
The one area that required extra attention during onboarding was the Aurora integration. Reps coming from a workflow where they could submit half-complete designs needed to learn how to complete them properly, adding inverters and finishing stringing, before the design would come back into Enerflo cleanly.
"If reps are just used to slamming panels on a roof and not adding an inverter or doing stringing, it is a little bit of a manual effort at that point. But that's not even so much on the Enerflo side. That's more so just using Aurora properly. Assuming the rep knows how to use Aurora properly, then it's pretty straightforward."
Brandon's solution was simple: one dedicated call walking reps through exactly how the Aurora to Enerflo workflow works and what changes from their previous process.
"It's a pretty easy hurdle to get over. Just: this is how you're going to do it now, this is why, and then move on from there."
Looking Ahead
Heading into 2026, Sunrite Solar is expanding, adding multiple orgs and building out an internal sales team. Enerflo is central to how they plan to scale without adding operational chaos.
"As new reps come on, I'm essentially saying it's Enerflo or bust. You're going to use Enerflo. And with really very little pushback, presenting the value of: hey, it's a one-stop shop. You just go in, create all your leads, do all your financing, do your designs, do your proposal. You don't have to juggle multiple portals and pieces of information."
Brandon sees Enerflo not just as a tool but as a competitive advantage in a market where many smaller orgs are still running disconnected systems.
"A lot of people, especially with recent companies either going out of business or downsizing, had a one-stop-shop experience that a lot of smaller orgs like ourselves don't have. Having a tool like Enerflo is great because it really feels like home to a lot of these reps and orgs."
For Sunrite Solar, the move to Enerflo was not just an operational upgrade. It was the foundation for a business built to scale. Fewer errors, faster deals, empowered reps, and a platform that keeps getting better. That is what partnership in action looks like.
Enerflo is available to 🇺🇸 US-based Residential Solar Companies in all 50 states, including Solar Sales Orgs, Solar Installers and EPCs, Vertically Integrated and Hybrid solar companies. Enerflo is not available for use outside the U.S. at this time.
